When purchasing online or over the phone you can return your boots for a full refund minus the postage within 14 days. Please return with the letter that came with the boots and all details completed on the back. Return address details are on the letter.

Returns are not accepted on seconds or sale stock unless agreed to in writing by Bennetts Boots management.

Once the boots arrive at our premises the refund can take up to 14 days to be processed. It will be credited into the account in which you placed the order.

Exchange

In Store

If the item is brought in store it can be return within 7 days for an exchange or credit note only. This option is not available on seconds or sale stock.
