Q: Where are the boots from?
A: We source the materials from across the globe with a majority of the leather coming from Australia and are hand crafted in 3+ different countries depending where the master craftsmen/ women are and the style.
Q: How long until I will get my order?
A: Once your order has been sent and the payment cleared it will take about 10-14 business days for all orders delivered within Australia. This may vary depending on the size of the order. Please check our review order page or contact info@bennettsboots.com
for your order details.
Q: I want to Exchange or Just dont like the boots?
Step 1: Jump on our website and order the boots you want. This way they will be sent out straight away & you don't risk your size selling out www.BenenttsBoots.com
Step 2: Return unwanted boots in "new condition" with full packaging & completed return form (back of letter that came with boots) & copy of receipt to:

Q: What is our guarantee?

Q: What if they don't fit?
A: Please take a look at out Boots Fitting page. If they don't fit please return within 14 days for a full refund of the boots minus the postage. Please see our returns page for full details.
Q: Why Parkinson's?
A: The Co-founder Matthew Tallents mother has Parkinson's and we are using our business as a tool to raise money, create awearness and rally support to find a cure. Please make a donation to Parkinson's
Q: How high is the heel?
A: The heels are deceptive, they look high but feel low and sturdy. Giving your leg a long and elongated look without the "too high" feel. Measurements for each style is in the size chart.
Q: What about the quality?
A: We have waded though hundreds of shoe manufacturers to find the best quality materials and workmanship available. All our boots are made from quality Leather, Suede, polished and patent leather in which Amanda has personally souced from leather markets around the world.
Q: How wide is the calf?
A: The calf ranges between 2-12cm wider then the standard width. This correlates with the size of the shoe. In some styles we have upto three calf widths. Details for each design is on the products page down the bottom choose SIZE CHART.
Q: The style I want is sold out in my size?
A: Unfortunately when a style is sold out we do not get in back in unless otherwise stated. To be kept updated please join our mailing list. We will not be getting any more of the Pleather range in.
Q: I have extra wide calves, what can I do?
A: You’re not alone which is why we have brought out the three calf width option. If you like our other styles but they don't fit you will be happy to learn that due to the qualities of the leather they do stretch another centimetre or so. You can also get the boots professionally stretched at your local shoe repairer. Costing $20-$50AU. There is a liquid stretcher called " Waproo" just ask your local shoe repairer. Another option is to get a section added. This does generally cost $80+ but can give you a comfortable boot that fits. Please take alook at Boot Fittings Page.
